Another comforting soup to add to the rotation! This one’s soooooo creamy and cozy and full of umami flavour from the miso. I also discovered that I really love chickpeas in soup, especially when partially blended because they add a decent amount of protein and also thicken things up beautifully. I love serving this with toasted sourdough and I ate the left overs with some rice which was delicious as well!
