

Noodles for One is making a comeback and these are my latest fixation. I LOVE cold noodles, especially as it’s getting warmer. They’re so refreshing and for whatever reason feel a lot lighter than hot noodles. The sauce here is made with coconut milk, basil and miso, and wow is it a great combo of flavours. This recipe pretty much came about by random kitchen experimentation, which tends to be how I land on some really great dishes. Can’t wait for you to try them!
