You can use it on tacos, in sandwiches, as a dip for fries or veggies, or on this tofu bowl. It’s made with Peruvian spiced crispy tofu, served over rice and finished off with some roasted sweet potato and pickled red onion—hearty, nourishing and full of flavour!
I’m a bit of a sauce girl, so I use this aji verde pretty liberally. It’s rich, refreshing, not too spicy, and perfectly balanced. I'm obsessed, and I think you will be too.
