

I shared this one last week on IG and spoke about how my mom would brand everything green as Baby Bop because of our relentless obsession with Barney as kids. People seemed to really relate to the whole concept of their parents rebranding food to make it more palatable to them. It reminded me how rare an original experience is. I also received a few comments about giving this a Brat rebrand…to be expected.
Now that I’m an adult and personally concerned with eating enough veggies, I can appreciate a vibrant green dish, especially when it’s this quick and flavourful. Not that I have kids, but I do think they’d love this one (maybe with some relevant rebranding if necessary).
