

As far as summer produce goes, nothing makes me happier than beautiful summer tomatoes. Heirloom, cherry and in this case, strawberry, which I’ve never heard of as a variety of tomato until now. They’re sold on the vine for maximum flavour and extremely sweet and juicy. Whenever I get my hands on good tomatoes like this I literally feel like I’m in possession of gold and have a responsibility to do them justice. And I think this roasted tomato orzo does just that. It’s bursting with tomato flavour and also super quick and easy, despite it looking like a work of art.
