I don’t think I will ever tire of the tofu-sauce-rice combo. It’s one of my favourite meal formulas on busy days or when I just don’t want to cook something even a little intricate. It can also be customized in so many ways, like adding different flavours to the sauce, swapping extra firm tofu for soft or silken, and adding whatever veggies I need to use up. I recommend making this as it’s written first and then playing with the recipes as much or as little as you’d like. Let’s get into it.
