My absolute favourite tofu recipe at the moment, and while I love my go-to Asian inspired tofu recipes, this one is a refreshing change. Harissa paste is an amazing ingredient—it packs so much flavour and I need to make my own one day, but for now I’m using store bought. It’s sold in most grocery stores now a days and I love this brand because it’s only mildly spicy while still being very flavourful. I recommend tasting your harissa paste before cooking with it so that you’re aware of the spice level!
